Why I decided to create cremation art after the loss of a family member.
I did not create the art for it to be another urn that sits in corner quietly untouched. Feared by visitors with clumsy tendencies or pedestaled on a mantel, accompanied by curious cats. I made this art to connect our families need of healing, with the power of celebration.
